Peter Monksfield is a Consultant ENT Surgeon at University Hospital Birmingham, an honorary senior clinical lecturer at the University of Birmingham and president elect for the British Society of Otology.
Peter is able to see and treat a wide range of ear and balance problems in adults, including; general ear problems in adults, hearing loss, tinnitus, balance disorders, including benign paroxysmal positional vertigo and Meniere’s disease, acute ear disease, including otitis media, grommet insertion, cholesteatoma and persistent ear infections, otosclerosis, hearing restoration using auditory implants, including bone-anchored hearing aids, middle ear implants and cochlear implants, skull base tumour management, including acoustic neuroma and glomus tumours and repair of CSF leaks.

- Peter completed advanced fellowship training in Australia, at the Royal Victoria Eye & Ear Hospital and the Royal Melbourne Hospital in 2009, as well as TWJ fellowship to the Causse Ear Clinic, France in 2012
