Mr Charlie Huins is a Consultant ENT Surgeon at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham.

Charlie specialises in otology, medical and surgical treatment for disorders of the ear including acute and chronic ear disease, balance disorders, surgery for hearing including endoscopic ear surgery, stapedectomy under local anaesthesia, middle ear implants and cochlear implants

Charlie graduated from University College London Medical School in 1997 and completed his higher surgical training in London



Fellowships

Charlie undertook an advanced otological fellowship in Cambodia – training local Khmer doctors for a sustainable service, before progressing onto a cochlear implant fellowship in Australia’s leading implant centre


